HEY GUYS need a bit of help

i have a uk 96 car with an aftermarket ecu very well known company brand etc !!! i would like to find someone in the south east that could have a look at the car runs fine until i drive it really hard on a track etc etc check engine light comes on ??????? had a chat with the guys who fitted it not too sure what it could be as it did,nt light up before the new ecu !!!! any advice and names would be most usefull thanks craig........

hi cwt you need to give a bit more info like the make of the ecu and as dazdavies says you may get more responce in in the technical section hope this helps a bit
