Hi ppl im building my engine using all new parts i.e. forged pistons and race con-rods ally flywheels and so on and so on but ive come to the oil pump and wanted to know about uprated oil pumps ive heard about putting a washer behind the spring to up the pressure? Also the valve sticks on OE pumps if it does what gets done on the modded one as i have a machine shop next door to me who would be more then happy to help, im not paying £185+ for a couple of O-ring or something lol. So if someone knows or even better has pic's links or such plz post
