Default Cloudy carbon bonnet

I have had a carbon fibre bonnt on my UK MY00 for a few years now and have always had the problem of it going cloudy. I can sort this by gettin out some fine grinding style power and go over it with the orbital sander then a coat in wax. This seems to sort it and make it look great for about a month then it starts to go cloudy again.

A body shop said that it may be because I used to put to much polish on it and it doesnt like the heat.

Does anyone else suffer from this and what do you do about it?
