just bought a 98 turbo sportswagon and was wondering what would be the reccomended first mods to slightly increase performance without making the car look or sound un-original?

Also not looking to spend too much. say £250 ?

Decent brakes
Standard 4 pots , disks & pads should be within your budget.

 

Centre decat and back box would be my be choice for that money but it will sound different!!!

 

Already has a stainless back box on it, I don't want to de-cat it, and it has a cone shaped air filter thingy..

What about a re-map? I've done this to 3 or 4 Turbo diesels that I have owned and it has made the power of difference to them?

Where can I get one done near Aberdeen/Dundee and what is it likely to do/cost?
