I know this might be a hard one but how long should they last roughly ?

When the car was remapped the good guys at Scoobyclinic pointed out that one of the coils was not perfoming well, so new set in and all was sorted. Now done one set of plugs changes since then, and started with a slight juddering under full load again, so yesterday I swapped the plugs again and noticed the same juddering...So take its the coils or would it be something else like a boost solenoid ?

But yes the remap was well worth it.. I spoke to Adam in person and on the phone and my mind was made up. 100% Recommend them, spot on....Get it remapped and feel the difference yourself.....Don't take my word for it, just stick upo and post and see what other ppl say...I'm sure everyone will agree

4~5years / 80,000~100,000miles in my experiance.

Try a slightly smaller plug gap.. 0.6~0.55mm for example.. if running PFR7B's then I find they need to be at least 0.6mm.

Yeah could be that.. as they are 7B's and the ones I took out had a smaller gab size , looked it up and set the to 0.75mm so will change yeah.

99% sure that is your problem then.. the standard gap size is 0.7mm btw, you might get away with that.. depends if you enjoy removing and trying again when 0.7mm isn't small enough. . lol
