Post Apexi AVC-R Plumbing In

Fitting the Apexi AVCR to MY97 WRX
Where should the hose to the boost control solenoid be plumbed in ,should it go in the pipe work before the throttle body or should it be plumbed direct into the inlet manifold, the installation manuel is not very clear
Thanks in advance
Gary

the map sensor need 'T'ing into a manifold source.. 'T'ing into the original MAP sensor is not a bad idea.

Remove all the pipework from the boost solenoid on the car.

You need to block the pipe from the air intake pipe just behind the power steering pump.

Then from COM on the new boost solenoid to the wastegate actuator and from the NO connection to the turbo outlet..

If you want more detail I should be checking back in tomorrow morning, or someone else may fill in more detail if you need it.

On the newage the pipe thats removed from the OEM "T" to the Oem Induction Intake pipe is left vent to atmosphere! The 2 other new pipes from the boost solenoid connect to the wastegate actuator valve on the turbo and the other pressure take off nipple on the turbo.

Hope these help also;
