Anyone have the Halfords Lambda Sensor..?
Need a new lambda sensor.
Heard halfords do a universal 3 wire for around £25.
Has anyone fitted one?
If so is it still working ok?

I had one on my Classic for 20000 miles, with loads of engine mods. Air/fuel ratio never missed a beat. Can't fault them.
Only down side is you have to attach the connector off your old sensor and you can't solder it easily as its some sort of strange wire (think its silver or something). I just twisted and taped mine, then covered in heat reflective tape.

classic 99, I have had a few now.
Hotwires L200 iirc, no longer stocked by Halfords.
use any 3 wire sensor (for 99, dont know about all), use chocolate connector block to splice in the wiring, easy peasy.
one thing to note: my OE sensor read up to 0.9v, the pattern part only read up to 0.85v, tiny amount, but if your running on a mapped ecu to a reasonably high state of tune you may need to have the map looked at
