knock sensor bolt help!!!

Default knock sensor bolt help!!!

i went to replace the knock sensor on my95wrx today, and the bolt was stupidly tight! i gave up as i didnt want to break it in the head or anything silly! anyone else had this?/ no of a cure?!

Looks like it is the season to be changing knock sensors

Mine was stupidly tight to undo but it did come undone but make sure the socket is well seated!

Thing is can't bolt the new bloody sensor in
