Question help problem

Alright lads i fitted a knocklink today and was just wondering is it normal not too get any green lights up even at 7000 rpm.I know that the sensor is working cause i got a mate too bang beside it.Even then it takes a good smack too get green, and its on low sensitivity ,he took the 12v from the hazard switch i think, is this ok or where would be better.Any comment would be appriciated cheers

I have mine on the most sensitive setting, so to see the first green light flicker now and then is fine, which mine does. I would rather see it working than having det and not realising because it is on the lowest sensitivity.

I took mine direct from the ignition live on the column, its best to leave them on max sensitivity which is fully clockwise.
