Default Anyone got a contact number to get Bilstein Shock reconditioned?

Recently bought a set of good order second hand Bilstein shocks and Eibach springs for my 1995 WRX only to find out the front passenger side shock is bottoming out.

Totally p*ssed off as guy wont give me money back.

Anyhow they are the thick piston type, does anyone know where i could either buy a replacement or get it reconditoned?

Thanks in advance guys
