Default Cam cover gaskets - same for pre96 as post 96?

Are the Pre96 rocker cover gaskets same as the post 96 classic?

How about the seal for the power steering bottle?

The reason I ask is that I normally call up subaru and they ask me for the reg and/or chassis number before I can order anything and tend to panic a bit when I say its an import (94 WRX wagon).

I have the chassis number and reg of a 1997 car which I use in many of these situations but obviously it only helps me if I am ordering a part I know is the same in the later model.

If you ask Alyn at AS performance, he'll send you the OE stuff you require.

IME dealers will sell anyone anything these days
