Default anyway to decat the downpipe?

I do not want to pay for mods on my insurance but i do want to retain be decatted downpipe.

In my old car I knocked through the cat (rather than buying a decat pipe). Could I do this with the standard downpipe on a 1994 WRX.

I know it is not technically legal, but if I managed it I would have an undetectable decat down-pipe.

Any ideas???

I know I know, I will put it back to standard before amending my insurance but if I could cheat those insurance scammers out of a few quid that would be great.

My car comes without a centre decat as standard. My plan is to decat the down pipe (but retain original piping) and put a centre cat in to pass emissions. this way I will have a cat that does not reduce emission flow too much and I will also have a standard looking set-up so no need to pay for mods.
