Post Rocker Cover Gaskets

How easy is it to change these?

Been smelling stuff recently when I come to a stop and yesterday I could see smoke wafting past the lights!

It doesn't seem to be loosing oil but I have read somewhere on here about poor rocker cover gaskets leaking oil onto the exhaust fanimold.......

Any one done it...... Looks like I shall be spending the weekend on my back then!!!!

Please dont tell me I need to drop the engine out.... that would be so upsetting,

J

I have changed the rocker cover gasket while installing the manifold. So you dont need to drop the engine..

Scraped knuckles and a bit of patience should see you through the 'ordeal'!! If you've not done it before allow roughly an hour per side. Simple enough but fiddly.Ben
