Deemon Tweeks mate, they have a full range of heat wraps, had my headers wrapped for nearly 2 years with no probs what so ever !!

Having tried numerous heat wraps I can recommend the DEI Heat wrap 2" X 50' from Nimbus Motorsport and available by mail order. It has a stitching about 6mm from the edge to help judge the overlap and reduce waste.
Now did I not wrap a set of headers with DEI for someone earlier this year???????????

Deemon Tweeks also do sell this stuff as ive seen recently too should you be struggling to get some from the place Harvey recommended.

Headers and up-pipe is just under a roll. Down pipe subject to diameter and design is less than a roll so to do headers, up-pipe and down pipe you need to order two rolls. 2" X 50'.
Tubular headers take more than O/E headers as there are separate runners on the tubular and it is best practice to have the wrap against the header as much as possible and not enclosing air voids.

50mm is wide enough to work with neatly and avoid waste. The marker stitching on the DEI Wrap is a great help.
Always start at the low end and work towards the high end, keep it tight and make sure the wrap (if the DEI) is damp to slightly wet before you start.
If using thin wire it is advisable to double it and put in 50-60 full pulls on the lock wire twirling pliers to add plenty twists. I put the wire over the top of my vice handle and thread out about 12 meters, then do the twirl pulls.
