hi all i have a problem with my sti import 96 the car starts fine first thing but after about 10 minutes normal driving if i go to the petrol station when i go to restart nothing it just keeps turning but does not fire up unless i get some one to turn the key whilst i wiggle the two wires that are connected to the sensor on the right hand side just under the oil fill cap i think it is the (crank piston sensor). i have taken the sensor out and cleaned it but nothing only when the two wires that go into this sensor are wiggled it will start no problem. is there any thing i can try to solve this as i don't want to buy a new sensor if its only the connection to the sensor playing up.
