You dont tend to get instructions with a Fuel reg....
Basically though...
replace std fuel reg with an adaptor which should be supplied, run a fuel line from the adapter to the side of the SX, then run a fuel line from the bottom of the SX to the old fuel return.
The SX should have a gauge with it which goes on the opposite side to the fuel line from the adapter.
If you follow the old vacumn pipe which used to go to the std reg you will see the point on the manifold that needs to go to the SX vacumn point.
Start the car and with the vacumn line disconnected from the SX, set the fuel pressure to 3 bar (std press)
IMHO.. and you wont like this.... if you need instructions... you shouldnt be fitting it.

Famous last words, lol
My 2 pence worth, de-pressurise the fuel system as much as poss before (by turning the engine over with fuel pump relay disconnected) unless you want a face full off SUL.
Care is needed when fitting the adaptor in the fuel rail as it's easy to damage the rubber seal when fitting, resulting in fuel spraying around the engine bay.
It's a whole lot easier to do if you've got the turbo off

I did it recently. Not an easy a job as I had thought it would be.
The difficult bit is fitting the adaptor that replaces the OEM regulator. You need to remove the IC and turbo heatshield to make it easy to get to, with the turbo off it is very easy but this is not necessary.
Its a fiddly job.
Once you've done that, fitting the new regulator is comparably easy. Best place is to fit one end (the 'in' side) to the middle pipe coming up from under the intake manifold on the PASSENGER side of the car, and the 'out' side to the pipe that you took off this middle pipe. The vacuum tube should run to the manifold nipple that the oem regulator was connected to.
I could send some pictures if I get round to taking some.
