Default Anyone help me understand Carbon Monoxide Figures ?

Hi - wacky I know , but ...

My scoobs carbon monoxide levels appear to have just scraped through the MOT.

FAST IDLE - Maximum threshold 0.200 , MY CAR = 0.182
NATURAL IDLE - Maximum threshold 0.300 , MY CAR = 0.251

Are these "close"
Should I worry ?
Any actions I can take to reduce it ?

Cheers - Mark

Further to the above...

Started the car this afternoon. (Been standing in almost zero tempurate overnight. Huge amount of white smoke when started. Am I being paranoid ? or is there a problem. (Kepp thinking .. well - it did pass it's MOT 24 hours ago .. so can't be that bad.

Any ideas anyone ?

cheers - Mark
