Default Torque settings - rocker cover and turbo nuts

Does anyone know the correct torque settings for the rocker cover bolts and the turbo stud nuts?

I have been searching all day and cant seem to find what I am looking for

(Tried the "workshop manuals" but no help)

Rocker cover bolts have a tendancy to sheer when you go to torque levels. Most use the human torque gauge, ie stop when you think your going to sheer it
