Question WRX V STI Main Engine Differences ? - New age

Can anyone sum up what the main engine differences are between the 2 vehicles ! Im aware the turbo's are different and injectors and the STI has a catless u-pipe but what about different internals ?

I think the sti has forged pistons and also variable valve timing.Probably has other internal differences as well.

I was told by a Subaru sales man that 80% od the engine parts where different for the two cars, not sure how true that is though.

Better intercooler
Forged Pistons, conrods
Different exhaust system
Different power band, ecu changes
Bigger injectors+++many other parts...
