heating

I got my car back from a service and since then my heater has been playing up.
IT works when i put my foot down but when im stationary it blows cold air and the car over heats. Anyone got any idea whats wrong?

Possable air lock.

Mine had an airlock after the last service. When I started it I heard a gurgle from the passenger side, inside the car.
After I topped up the fluid, the problem went away.
