Default Lambda sensor STI MY99

Hi
I've been reading the forums and I'm coming to the assumption that the running problems on my scooby, (lumpy acceleration at anything less than 3000 revs) are related to the lambda sensor. Does anyone know where I would locate this sensor on my 99 WRX STI and is there anywhere near Leeds where I could get a new one? Please excuse my lack of knowledge but I've only had the car since May and I'd really like to be leaving the 'hot hatches' at the lights again.
