actuator adjustment question

Question actuator adjustment question

Hi I have a my98 turbo 2000 and im thinking of adjusting the actuator to give me abit more boost could this cause any problems, thanks.

Dont touch it.
You will end up running to much boost and not enough Fuel and BANG.

Leave it to the rolling road guys!!

Adjusting the actuator won't make you run more boost - the purge solonoid will cut it back down again.

The only thing it'll do is give you a bit of boost spiking when the turbo intially kicks in, where it'll settle back down to normal levels afterwards. Do it too much and may hit the fuel cut.
