Default SI GT MY95 Problems

Hello,

I have a problem with Subaru Impreza GT '95 (2.0turbo). It only happens on revs below 3000-3500, above when turbocharger works everything is fine. During city crusing car has a minor lag when going on throttle. It is best noticable when launching from full stop - car does even jump slightly, especially when cold. I tried the following: coils, AFM, ECU, crankshaft position sensor, camshaft position sensor (there was an error code No.13). I also checked fuel pressure, spark plugs (PFR6G) are brand new, IAC has been cleaned. All filters are fine. I would appreciate any help and ideas.

never launch from cold!!! your mad if you do.
you should tip toe round till the engine oil has warmed up to at least 60-70*c

Thank you for reply but unfortunately that was not what I meant. I never launch hard when cold. Problem with "jumps" and lack of smoothness is when you try to run like you do with 1.0 N/A engine. Just slow start you do on your driving licence course Or warmed up engine, 2000-3000rpm normal crusing speed, then I step on it and car stalls for tenths of second, after that it runs normally. Hope it clears the situation.
