Question clunking while driving

last couple of days has resulted in a clunk sort of noise coming from the passenger side near the wheel while driving, only when going over bumps, uneven roads, that sort of thing.
the cars a uk99

jacked it up and the wheel moves a bit if you put a hand on each side of it. and the steering arm is slightly loose, if you hold the arm tight theres no play in the wheel.

is this a case of replacing this part or could it be something else ? car handles fine.

any help much appreciated
