magnex decat centre

Hi

got a MY99 Uk Turbo

Only mod is a magnex 6x4 oval bb

Would adding a decat centre improve anything and if so what

also thinking of upgarding the filter

Decat center was ok, the decat downpipe made the largest difference. Need to swap it out for MOT time tho.
