Anyone got any ideas -

Ever since I had the car if you push the passenger side trim in the interior light comes on when the door is closed. It didnt cause any problems till today when the alarm started going off and wouldnt stop.

Took the plastic trim off and removed the connector and wire and reconnected and it seems OK - Is there a known problem with dodgy switches or is it likely to be the wire to the connector?

Just wanted to know as I go on my holidays soon and dont want it going off till the battery goes flat and annoying the neighbours!!
