Default CARS ALL OVER THE ROAD

i was over taking a car a couple of days ago and pulled back in sharpish, with this the car started veering all over the place, it happened again today, as if it was rocking from side to side, could this be my suspention,

mine does that sometimes,i think it is the 16" tyres,theres too much flex in the tyrewall.
it didnt happen when i had 17" wheels on.

mmmm maby my suspension is fooked too .good job shes coming off the road next week then.
