Default Mileage

Growing up I was always told to stay away from high Mileage, but reading about Imprezas, so long as their serviced they go on forever.

I'm looking at a T reg (99) with 90k on the clock and full Service history. The car looks mint and has all the toys I'm after.. whats the expert thought on high miles?

ive a type r 98 with 43k on it, its absolutely mint inside and out..i dont understand why you would buy this 99 with 90k on it man, it might be clean but when it comes to you selling it later you might have a bit of trouble,i wouldnt buy any performance car with very high mileage( unless i was getting her for very good money)

When I sold my first scooby about 2 years ago it had 110k on it. I still see it around now. As long as they have been looked after I wouldn't worry.

agree they seem to fail or go forever..

about to click over to 168,000miles and running 1.4bar on TD05 with Apexi PFC, AVCR, decat, FMIC etc.. been in some sort of tune since 100k.
