Can anyone tell me what phase engine my Jap import '97 Sti will have in it?

Also how can you identify the phases - whats teh differences?

Finally when was changeover in the UK from 1 to 2 (and wasn't there a 1.5)??

Phase one are STi version 1 and 2s (MY92-96), Phase 1.5 are STi version 3 and 4s (MY97/98) and phase 2s are STi version 5 and 6s (MY99/00).

Ahhh - I see so if I was looking for manifold spacers do i need phase 1 or 2??
