Default What silicone hoses + Spark plugs

Can someone tell me if i will need a coolant hose kit for going over 300bhp. I take it ill need a turbo one. Ans where is good to buy them.

Also what spark plugs do i need. Is there a gradeing or something with them.

it wont do any harm changing them....

samco hoses are the fave, many places do them just have a look around.
Plugs. NGK pfr7b's they are about the best plugs going and safest bet in my opinion. Again many places sell them have a look on scooby shop and scroll through.

NGK PFR7B's mate.. they'll be fine for those sort of horses.

Coolant hoses not required at all, I'm running nearly 400 horses and on standard coolant pipes.
Your are right in needing the boost hoses though as the plastic ones will split once you raise the boost pressure.

that site couldn't find my race plugs

Edit:.... I lied.. My fault, not the ful part number given.. and I thought they were obsolete now too.
