Default MOT with decat?

I want to decat my STI V2(the downpipe is already done) I don't want to have to keep putting the old one back everytime I need an MOT. How do people get round this problem?

normally for a 'little extra' cost though. i was speaking to an mot tester yesterday and he says quite a lot of de-catted scoobs go through fine doing a proper test anyway.
