Default Do you have Megan Headers ?

Just took delivery of some that I bought from ebay, cheap at £198.

Anyway, they look genuine enough except that there isn't a Megan logo as in all the pics that I've seen of them, where the four pipes join together just below the flex joint.

Has anyone else with these found the same ?

Cheers...Jon.

Mine had the logo on them so I'm not sure whats up with yours. Are there 4 tiny weld marks where it should be?

Anyway, just wrap them and get them fitted, lol. Andy F mapped mine a couple of weeks ago with really good results.

For £198 just wrap, fit and enjoy mate. Lets face it, you will do this anyway, yes?:-)

I wouldnt worry about the logo. Its a good possibility that they have them made by some other company and then just stick there tag on them.

If this guy on ebay is selling unbranded headers claiming they're Megans I think it would be nice to know.
I may have only paid a pitance for them but I've seen these make £250 plus from the same seller.
Just because they look the same, doesn't mean they're the same quality, I'd rather get a refund and pay the extra for genuine ones !

Look it another way, you're willing to pay the extra for a piece of stainless steel with a company logo on, when you've got the same thing for less and sure as hell they'll have come from the same 3rd world sweat shop......mad completely mad!!

Agree totally!!

You are talking about unbranded Megans? Megans which are the lowest of the low in terms of headers anyway. I'd like to see what happens when you ask for a refund on the grounds of the "LOGO" is missing.

I'm not trying to be clever, I just dont see what the problem is.

OK, thanks for the replies.

Just received an email from the guy I bought them from.

He said that they are genuine Megans that have been repacked by a company called Tuning Pro (repacked or remade I ask myself)

So maybe they are, maybe they aint, as the quality seems good I'm going to wrap em and fit em anyway.

Just got to decide whether to go for the TD05/6 and 550's before a visit to Bob's in Aug !

Jon.
