mine came with the car, im asumeing its the one you need
it was bolted to a naff nardi wheel when imported, i changed it to sum random one i saw in ripseeds bargin bin, it all bolted up fine, so i asume that the bolt pattern is the same for most aftermarket wheels?

I've looked into fitting a momo wheel to my v4 and couldn't find a boss to fit, so i spoke to momo (UK) who told me they do not make a boss to fit air bag equipped cars.
Maybe personal/nardi make a boss that works and has the same bolt pattern as momo?
