its right on top of inlet manifold kinda near throttle body,but only ra plus sti have them i think?

All turbo scoobs have a boost solonoid valve. Mine is a MY00 UK turbo and it is located on the left (Looking at the engine from the front of the car), just in front of the suspension turret. I think mine is green. It has two tubes - One is bent at 90 degrees under it. HOpe this helps.
