help with new scooby

i am looking at buying a scooby, a v reg 70k, 5 owners no service history and an ex rally pusuit vehicle.
Should i stay clear or is there anything i should be weary of.

IMHO, walk away. There are plenty of them out there and they are not selling particularly well so it's a buyers market.
