What colour should the fluid in the Coolant resovoir be

What colour should the fluid in the Coolant resovoir be
I opened the coolant resovoir today and the fluid was brown, Is this alright, i always though coolant was red or blue?

Could be various colours, mine has been green or blue, but always a bright colour. When was the last time you changed the coolant? I normally change mine every two years.Andy
