HELP Plastic trim Removal???

Default HELP Plastic trim Removal???

Just got an M reg WRX and it came with the purple plastic over the doors, from the front wing up over the roof to the rear door, trying to remove it, have taken off the plastic but it has left al the gluey stuff on the car, any ideas how to remove it???

Any ideas accepted

WD40 mate! but be very careful with it,dont get it anywhere but where the crappy glue is!

when i got my car it had some dodgey stickers which i removed and it left the worst glue ever......just squirted some on to a cloth and rubbed it and it come of no problem.....and wiped the excess liquid off with a dry cloth

Cheers for the replies, have now done one side of the car, only took 1 1/2hrs!!! Using some paint thinner then washing down the entire car!!!! Most of it came off good, but still can see where it has been for the last 10yrs in japan!!!!!!
