I recently got a 1999 Legacy 2.5 GT with 160,000km. (Auto trans, not-turbo, awd wagon ) I need a manual to help me do work like timing belt, etc. etc.
Closest I can find in Canada is Haynes for "Legacy 1990 through 1998".
Is the Haynes manual any good?
What changed between 1998 and 1999? They don't look very different to me. (I'm using the North American model year system, where a "1999" car was probably actually manufactured in 1998. Do Haynes and the UK still use the actual manufactured year as the model year?)
