TOP FEED OR SIDE FEED INJECTORS??

Default TOP FEED OR SIDE FEED INJECTORS??

HI GUYS AM JUST ABOUT TO BUY SOME 740CC INJECTORS OFF OF FLAT4ONLINE.CO.UK WHICH ARE THE APEXI SIDE FEED ONES THAT HAVE THE ADAPTORS WITH THEM TO FIT MY 98 RAILS AND WAS JUST WONDERING IF THERE WAS ANY SPECIFIC DIFFERENCE IN TOP & SIDE FEED INJECTORS???

TOP and SIDE feed are totally different you will not be able to fit if you buy the wrong type ..... unless change fuel rails...blah blah..alot of work.
The best thing is buy what fit straight in. Bare in mind there are different phases on side feed injectors. Phase 1, 1.5 and 2. If late 98 it could either be phase 1.5 or 2. Nissan injectors will also fit, but be really careful what you are buying. Personnally i think buy something that will go staright in without adaptors.......

Sorry to but in, but I thought someone produced fuel rails with bigger dia feed pipes with that would fit ph2 injectors to ph 1 engines (without using adaptors), but having searched cannot find any. Any ideas anyone ?
