his car is very hesitant on excelleration like its running on 3 cylinders (poss spark plug) ??

we found a pipe for a boost gauge so we fitted one and took it for a run. found that its only running .5 bar

what could be wrong?

i told him to take it back and ask for a cash refund if it cant be sorted.
