Am thinking about changing the centre section and cat (leaving only the standard downpipe) for a magnex job that I know someone is selling.

What sort of power / noise implications if any will this have? i.e will it free up a few more horses but give me that annoying motorway drone. At present I have a powerflow jap style back box.
