Default bhp gains

hi all just a wonder!!!! i have just finished running the scoob in and was wondering what sort of bhp she is running at at a guess
its a v5 sti
hks induction kit
h&s zorst
uprated oil cooler
omega rods and piston @ oversize by 0.50
just a rough guess so i know before i put it on the rollin road. cheers all

I would say about 300 to 310 bhp

4k's worth of work?
Surely if your going to modify then you should be remapping and upgrading more parts rather than the pistons and rods? the crank for instance can be a weak point, far more of these go than pistons.....
Also is your car a type RA? as you say you have upgraded the oil cooler??? and only type RA's came with the oil cooler as standard.

PS, the 300-310bhp figure seems about right

hello tony m8 well if this is true then my V5 sti has a mod i never knew about cos the garage has invoised me for one??? may have to drop them a line to find out whats on then,
