here i go again, o.k i have cleaned the boost valve, seems to be fine. checked codes coming from ecu that seems to be o.k. have now reset the ecu, still only making about 9psi.
also it seems to be using quite a bit of oil, no sign of leaks no sign of smoking, could this be turbo problem. are the two related ???

any help please.
