Unhappy help needed for alternator charging

hi, help needed for my sti 2005.my charging is 12.5 at load when the fan is on. even when driving and will go to 13.8 if no load. should the alternator be change.???????????

its an iteligent system that isnt smart enought it only produces voltage when there is draw on the battery and the ecu dertermines when it will charge and it will only ever charge the battery to the original voltage so if your battery is 11.5 volts thats all it will ever get to
