i just baught a stainless back box an center pipe for my car of a bloke. We looked at the exhaust last night an my mate said it would not go on as the cat has a flange fitting an this one u slide the pipe over another to fit on then clamp it. The boy said he took it off his wrx import the same year as mine . whats the best thing to do please help as i need to get the sytem fitted

 

You could either
1/ cut the flange and weld the joints.
2/ cut the flange , sleeve it and clamp it
3/ buy the correct exhaust
