Best oil pump for 2.5L conversion???
Anyone thats fitting the 2.5L block changed the oil pump?
I've bought a larger sump and modified GGR oil pump but it runs at the same oil pressure - do you need extra pressure for 2.5L?

no.
the pressure will be nigh on the same anyway. The standard 2.5 runs the same pumps anyway.
it is the flow you would want to improve really as the pressure will be defined by the strength of the spring behind the oil pressure relief valve plunger.
In short, it will be fine as it is, leave it.
You should be more concerned about the quality of oil you are running, especially on a high power 2.5. I would personally stick with something that itself provides for a higher pressure such as motul 300v competition 15w50 in my case.
I get 4 bar of oil pressure at idle, which is nice. Bear in mind any increase in pressure and flow will be parasitic and will cost you a few bhp.
