Default i need some help

as you can see im a newbie and for the last 10 years ive owned hondas, now ive finally got a subaru (my98 2000 turbo).

what im looking for is advice on adding power as this is all totally different to what im used to, i'd like to get it to 280-300hp.

the car already has an ITG panel filter and a prodrive exhaust.

shopping list

full de-cat exhaust (2.5" if you will be happy to stay at 300, 3" if you want more)
free flow filter (panel or induction kit)
samco intercooler hoses
walbro uprated fuel pump
sx fuel pressure regulator
ported exhaust headers
you will also need some sort of boost control but that depends on what ecu you go for and how much you want to spend

tek 3 remap if you are going to be happy with 280-300

apexi power fc if you are going to take the car any further.

oh...and welcome to scoobynet
