If your ground connections are grotty and high resistance then a 'ground-mod' might help, but so will a clean-up of the oem wiring.

 

they work, i have fitted a very similar one that i sell, idle is dead flat, lights brighter, smoother running engine.. you would be surprised.

 

It's a very simple product.
Just a regulator transistor and a good quality wiring.
You can make yourself for 30 Dollards... But you will perhaps not have the blue led
