New car (WRX) May 04, no problems until i have PPP fitted in December since then the car has cut out 3 times all whilst travelling at speed (40-50 MPH).

First time (January, had to be recovered) Dealer has car 2 days but could not find anything wrong.

Second time (March, had to be recovered) Dealer has car 2 days and replaces a Relay on the Main Loom.

Third time was yesterday, cut out at 50 MPH engine warning light came on and revs droped to zero engine coasted for about 3 seconds engine warning light went out and the revs came back although the engine did not stall. Have yet to contact Dealer.

If the dealer can't find anything wrong this time would i be able (within my rights) to ask them to remove the PPP and get a refund ?
