Is there any difference between the intercoolers from STi IV, V and VI??

Roughly...
V and VI - the dump valve bolts straight on to i/c, on the IV it on a pipe off the i/c.

AFAIK the V/VI are interchangeable, and slightly bigger than the IV iirc. Basically IV will fit <MY98 and V/VI will fit >MY99.
